Bond has been set at 250 thousand dollars. 60 year old Steve Larson is alleged to have taken 13 year old Rebecca Neu of Effingham Saturday morning. According to Illinois State Police a girl was driving a S-10 pick up eastbound on Old Route 36, at 4th Street in Riverton.
