08/18/2010 - St. Louis Man To Be Returned To Face Charges In Effingham County
(Effingham)--The suspect involved in a police chase that killed Cowden Police Officer Jeremy Hubbard has agreed to waive extradition. Officials say 31 year old Andrew Davenport will be returned to Illinois within the next ten days to face criminal charges. Reportedly, less than ten minutes after a man walked into a Hamel Bank and demanded money, fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash, a deputy pulled the suspect‘s vehicle over near Edwardsville.
